Sunrise in Sedona- Huevos Rancheros

We arose early to see the spectacular sunrise in Sedona
from the heights of Airport Road.
We got up at 5:00 AM and were out the door by 5:30 so we could make our way to the mountain before the sun completely rose.  Sunrise this morning was at 6:46.

Recipe of the Day
This is a great recipe for an early breakfast.
Huevos Rancheros

This recipe was taken from Authentic Southwestern Cooking
by Lynn Nusom which I purchased at the gift store at Western National Parks
at the Montezuma Castle site at Camp Verde AZ.

Sunrise in Sedona
We saw the morning sky change colors like an artist with a paint brush.
It was spectacular!
Look for yourself.  A picture is worth a thousand words...

  1. Beautiful! It's the simplest things in life that bring about such an awe. God speaks in His glorious ways! His hand is on it all!
