Banana Bread in a Can

I started making my Banana Bread in a can.
It turns out very moist and is easy to transport to family picnics, breakfasts, or dinners.
The size of the servings is perfect for gift giving.
You can click on this link for the recipe. Banana Bread

When giving as a gift, you can put in a food bag and tie a ribbon around the top, or wrap in a dish towel and tie a ribbon around it.  These make an adorable gift from your kitchen!

This recipe makes 3 cans of bread.  Follow the recipe link above, except pour batter into prepared cans.
I used the soup size can (15 to 15.5 oz. cans).  I also used a smooth-edge can opener that does not leave sharp edges at the top of the can to prevent getting cut.  Wash the cans and spray with non-stick vegetable spray.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, until golden brown and cooked in the center.

Enjoy!

Garrett said this is one of the moistest banana breads he has eaten.

Liz is a great cook.  She makes a great banana bread ( and adds chocolate chips to hers).
I will soon be blogging her Snicker Cupcakes.  They are one of the best cupcakes I have eaten!
Watch for the blog.
